Allen offers a robust pickleball scene with indoor gym courts, outdoor park courts, and community programs, all supported by Allen Parks & Recreation. Players of all levels can find courts, drop-in play, clinics, and social events across the city.

Two indoor wood courts with permanent lines and portable nets. Drop-in play is available for a one-time fee. Courts are first-come, first-served, no reservations.

Gym includes multi-sport courts used for pickleball during open-play hours. Day passes and memberships are accepted.

Outdoor courts marked for multi-use. Players must bring their own nets. Free to use, first-come.

Lessons
Allen Parks & Recreation occasionally offers beginner clinics and instructional sessions at Joe Farmer and Terrell Recreation Centers. For current programs and schedules, visit the Racquet Sports page on the city website.

Events
Parks & Rec runs adult pickleball leagues and occasional tournaments through its centers. These are listed in the seasonal Activity Guide.
Informal round robins and social play are common at outdoor parks during evenings, signage is usually posted onsite.
Visitors
Outdoor courts at Ford Park, Reed Park, Stacy Ridge, and Celebration Park are free to use and open to anyone; bring your own net.
Joe Farmer and Terrell Rec welcome non-residents for drop-in play with a daily fee or pass. No reservation is needed, courts are first-come.
